At Colibri Construction Kitchen & Bath, our Design & Color Consultation service gives you everything you need to bring your vision to life—whether you’re managing the project yourself or working with your own general contractor. We guide you through a clear, creative, and professional process that blends style, function, and code compliance from the start.
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a personal consultation to help us understand your project goals, lifestyle needs, design preferences, and budget. Whether it's a full remodel or a single space, we align with your vision from the start.
2. Site Visit & Feasibility Review
We visit the property to take accurate measurements, assess existing conditions, and identify spatial opportunities and challenges. We also discuss structural and code considerations to ensure the design is both beautiful and buildable.
3. Design Development + 3D Renderings
Our in-house designer creates detailed plans, elevations, and photorealistic 3D renderings, so you can see your future space before it's built. We’ll walk you through layout options, material selections, and paint/color palettes tailored to your taste.
Once your design is finalized, we’ll prepare complete drawing sets ready for permit submittal. You—or the project manager you choose—can use these to pull permits, and we’re happy to guide you through that process if needed.
Already have a general contractor? Great—we’ll stay available to support your build team during construction, answer questions, and help make sure your design is brought to life exactly as intended.
