Our role is to ensure the construction phase is organized, efficient, code-compliant, and beautifully executed.

Pre-Construction Review & Site Walkthrough

We begin by visiting the site to review conditions and ensure everything is ready to move forward. We verify the design drawings, confirm measurements, inspect for any potential issues, and review the scope of work. We also assess material quantities, delivery timelines, and job site access to prevent costly delays.

Permit Coordination & Scheduling

If permits haven’t been submitted yet, we handle that process for you using your provided plans. We work directly with local agencies to file applications, schedule inspections, and meet all code requirements on your behalf—so you don’t have to worry about paperwork or red tape.

Construction & Project Execution

Once we’re cleared to begin, our skilled construction team manages every aspect of the build—from demolition to framing, finishes, and final detailing. With a dedicated project manager on-site, you’ll receive regular updates, budget tracking, and timeline management, all while ensuring safety, quality, and craftsmanship at every step.

Inspections, Punch List & Turnover

We coordinate all required inspections, resolve any last-minute adjustments, and complete a thorough final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Once complete, we leave the site clean, functional, and fully ready for use.
