4. Permitting & Pre-Construction

Once you approve the design, we take care of all permitting needs, finalize material selections, and present a transparent proposal outlining your budget, timeline, and construction milestones.

5. Construction Execution

From demolition to the final grout line, our expert builders and project managers ensure smooth execution and flawless craftsmanship. You'll receive regular updates, clear communication, and a clean, respectful job site throughout the build.

6. Final Walkthrough & Turnover

We wrap with a detailed walkthrough to confirm everything is completed to your satisfaction. After addressing any touch-ups or final details, we hand over a fresh, sparkling bathroom ready for you to relax and enjoy.
