What you’ll get
Priority Scheduling: Guaranteed service within 2–3 business days for non-emergency requests.
Limited 1-Year Maintenance: Up to 2 maintenance visits per year, totaling a maximum of 4 labor hours. Tasks include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and seasonal upkeep.
Annual Whole-Home Inspection: Comprehensive 25 point inspection, including a written report on your home’s condition, safety, and recommended improvements.
