2. Site Visit & Feasibility Review

3. Design Development + 3D Rendering

Our in-house designer works closely with you to create floor plans, elevations, and realistic 3D renderings that bring your ideas to life visually. This stage includes layout planning, finish selections, and a collaborative design review meeting to fine-tune every detail before final approval.

4. Permitting & Pre-Construction

Once the design is finalized, we prepare permit documents (if required), finalize materials, lock in the construction schedule, and present a detailed proposal with itemized costs and timeline.

5. Construction Execution

Our skilled build team handles everything from demolition to final finish, managed by a dedicated project manager who ensures clear communication, regular updates, and quality control at every stage.

6. Final Walkthrough & Turnover

We perform a detailed walkthrough with you to confirm all work is completed to your satisfaction, address any punch-list items, and hand over a fully finished, professionally cleaned space ready for you to enjoy
